ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s ) whose features and sales prices are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.fanley.com.tr.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

4.1. The product will be sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order.
4.2. Delivery is made to the cargo company within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days, and if the product is in stock, it is usually delivered within [for example: 1-3 business days].
4.3. The SELLER does not accept any liability if the BUYER is not at the address specified during the delivery made via the cargo company.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be given to the SELLER within this period and the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and complete.
5.3. The shipping costs of products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the BUYER.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

  • Products prepared in line with the BUYER's request or personal needs.

  • Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Products that have been unpackaged after delivery

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT AND RETURN CONDITIONS

6.1. BUYER can pay for his order by credit card, debit card or money transfer/EFT.
6.2. If the right of withdrawal is used and the product complies with the return conditions, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.
6.3. Refunds will be made using the same method as the payment was made.

ARTICLE 7 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the place where the BUYER resides are authorized, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

ARTICLE 8 - ENFORCEMENT

By placing an order through the www.fanley.com.tr website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically approved.
